Met with project managers at a career fair, handed my resume to them in person. Received an email from them requesting an interview a few weeks later. Interviewed in front of a team leader and project manager. Asked questions about my education mostly, primarily do to my lack of work experience at the time. Asked questions about my knowledge of SQL, because they were looking for someone with those skills. Each specialist does something different or could be on different teams, but they all have the same title, so make sure to find out what sort of skills they are looking for ahead of time. They seemed impressed that I did lots of research on the company and knew about what sort of activities they were involved in as well as what their parent and sister companies were. I only had one interview. after that interview I followed up about once a week for about three weeks and they offered me a position that was different than the one I actually interviewed for. However, after working her for a little while I ended up int he position I interviewed for anyway.
