Executive Assistant-Vorstellungsgespräch

Anonymer Bewerber im Vorstellungsgespräch in New York, NY (Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika)
Angebot abgelehnt

Leichtes Gespräch

Bewerbung

Ich habe mich auf anderem Weg beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte 1 Tag. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im September 2019 bei Allure Marketing Group (New York, NY (Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika)).

Vorstellungsgespräch

Waited forty five minutes before being seen. It was not a one on one interview, I interviewed with one other person. The position available was also misleading, job seems to be more of a sales role.

    Vorstellungsgespräch

I applied to a job ad. They contacted me couple days later. In one day they wrote me 3 Emails and called twice, which already seemed a little uncomfortable. The "recruiter", who called me spoke very fast and when I asked her what the position is exactly about she went off into a whole monologue of incomprehensive strings. So I thought to myself maybe she is very busy and does not really know details.

Then I went to the interview. And this was the creepiest job interview I ever had. First we had to fill out a form with personal info (address, phone no., email, birthday, etc) and bring a hard copy of our resume.
The interview took place in a building at Wall Street. But it seemed like Allure Marketing had just rented out space there.
The interview was conducted by a fairly nice lady in a office with a huge glass window. She would always take two people in.
As I went in with another guy I did not know, she immediately started talking (reminded me of the recruiter who had called me days before). Besides her explanation of the company and its clients, I did not understand what she was talking about. Then she asked us if like working more with people or behind the desk. where we see ourselves in 3-5 years. She took notes and started talking about some event she wants us to attend the next day at 11am. She never told us where, and when I asked her what kind of event it was. She just said "Oh so you see how we work"...
At the end she thanked us for coming with a smile and turned around and totally changed her face. Creepy!
I must say that she was friendly but she still reminded me of a robot : the way she was repeating her text, and her eyes looked pretty dead too. Just to add a very personal analysis.

Well I think this company is a fraud. So I would not recommend you to even attend an interview. Total waste of time!
