2 interviewers. Set Questions for interview ( technical questions). Needed good overall knowledge of road traffic accidents practice and relevant civil procedure rules. Interviewers were professional and made me feel at ease during the whole process.

One face to face interview with hiring manager and teamleader and a second telephone interview with Global manager. Friendly and informal and made me feel at ease. Gave an evolving scenario based example and asked questions on this. Interview last just over an hour. It took quite a long time (weeks) after the interivew to get the offer as it seemed approval from the head of the dept was needed. Just was frustrating as I was unofficially being told I probably had the job but no formal confirmation could be given. I now know this was a rare example and its usually much quicker

Vorstellungsgespräch

First round was a short phone interview where a few competency based questions were asked.
Second and final round involved going to Croydon for a 2 hour session where the first 1 hour was split into 2 mini interviews, the first being competency and personality based questions, and the second about CV and experience. The final hour involved completing a group task whilst being watched by the interviewers and managers and presenting our results at the end.
