Very brief conversation with the first HR. Positive feedback and a skype interview with HR

Total failure. The HR did not know what he was talking about, he confronted me on how business cold calls should be done saying "I would not do like this". He said that the first year is an "investment" and so I should not have had any expectation on bonus. They do not provide you a single client.

The HR seemed disinterested, not excited at all. Frankly not a good job.
