Of course they are still some things to get better and doesn't work optimally, but the changes are more than positive. -Crytek supports employees as good as... possible and I appreciate it. -You can now decide to work either remote or in the office. This allowed me to manage my private life as well as work related topic as efficient as possible. There is not a single day where I have to juggle between private life and work due to being in the office. Remote does help! You can decide where to work from! This helped me also to reduce stress. -Since the inflation is increasing, Crytek even adjusted/increased our salaries overall, so they do care and listen to their employees. Of course changes doesn't take place always immediately, but they do their best to make everyone happy. -If you are new in the Industry Crytek is one of the best places to start, since you will have all the chances and support from management and your colleagues to grow and learn. -Even as an experienced developer you have the opportunity working on amazing projects like Crysis, Hunt, CRYENGNE just to name a few.
