Pros

This company has the potential to be great once again, but culture and trust need to be rebuilt. The new CEO is an opportunity for RMS and given I had a long and positive tenure with RMS and grateful... for this time, I wish the firm only the best.

Kontras

The company came through a difficult time, but I suggest to now focus on what can be accomplished under the new leadership. I would not advise anyone against joining. Join and make a contribution and... you will do well. Help the new CEO to succeed.

Rat an das Management

Focus on your customers and your people. Put politics at rest. Focus also on protecting revenue - not just net new sales. If key customers defect now the success of a future IPO or sale will suffer.... Rebuild trust and team spirit, consider bringing back some of the RMS leaders who left. In fairness, some should not have been sacrificed and it is a shame they were. Even if this reset was necessary snd should have happened already in 2014, please give credit to Hemant for what was accomplished since RMS was founded. Being CEO is a tough and lonely place. There is no shame in taking risks and fail. It takes courage and vision and this is what we expect of leaders. For this I have always respected and admired Hemant. However, leaders also have to be held accountable for outcomes. This has happened now. As a former much respected executive of RMS once phrased it: Peaks inspire leaders, but valleys mature them.
