Last week, our Asia team hosted our latest “Panels with a Purpose” discussion with a focus on the importance of cultural awareness in today's society and workplace. Our panelists shared their personal experiences with navigating cultural differences in the workplace. It was inspiring to hear how they have been able to help enhance inclusion and belonging within their teams and organizations. Last week, our SE MI employees came together for an amazing cause at our Global Technology Center in Livonia. We are proud to share that we were able to collect 25 bikes for Free Bikes 4 Kidz Detroit and help make a difference in the lives of under-resourced children in our community. A big thank you to everyone who donated and a special shoutout to our Cooper Standard Ford Engineering Team for organizing this event!

Our South America team had the opportunity to celebrate Safety Month with one of our esteemed customers in Brazil. Our teams had an incredible experience that allowed us to build relationships through meaningful conversations around safety and our core values. Cooper Standard’s safety incident rate continues to outperform our world-class benchmark, and we are especially proud of the 33 CS facilities that have a perfect safety record of zero reported incidents for 2023.
