Ich arbeite in Vollzeit bei Waste Management (mehr als ein Jahr)
The co workers, drivers and route managers are awesome to work with
Management is too busy trying to be everyone’s friend then to hold people accountable. They scream team work team work team work, but only expect the same five people out of 40 to help out. If you are a stronger worker and help out you get harassed even more for mistakes. If you’re a slacker and want to do the bare minimum while your partner picks up your slack then this job is for you.
Rat an das Management
Realize it’s not a social opportunity, you’re the reason everyone is leaving. Stop playing favorites listen to employees when they are stating their problems don’t start spewing lies saying the employee is the problem. Honestly it won’t change until corporate comes in and cleans the management house out.

Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte mehr als 4 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert bei Waste Management (Greenwood Village, Arapahoe, CO (Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika)).
Very quick and simple. Applied online and received a call from corporate recruiter soon thereafter. After a phone interview with the corporate recruiter going over the basic initial questions, I had to complete a short, 5-question online situational questionnaire that recorded video. It was a very simple questionnaire with MAYBE one behavioral-based question--and you got to think about your answer before recording. Then had an in-office interview with the sales manager. It wasn't an interview--more of him telling me the responsibilities of the role and a bit about the market and company itself. He didn't ask me any questions outside of what my previous job was like. Next I spoke to the Area sales manager about a week later, and it was similar--he only asked me a couple of generic questions about my previous experience and my personal history. They seemed to be interested more in how you present yourself and communicate in a quick interaction than on delving into your thought process/sales process.
