   The emphasis was on testing knowledge with a little of how you would be to work as an after thought. It took about an hour. There were two interviewers with a manager sitting in. The manager described the company and the job. The technical people asked most of the questions.
   
   Maybe I should add that I did the interviewing. I interviewed about 120 people during my time at VZW. The bad news is I offered jobs to about 20.

   "You know C?, Good. What's the difference between memcpy and strcpy? Very good. That was too easy, don't worry, they get harder. Do you know the difference between memcpy and memmove? If you don't, that's fine.
