If you are working at India office , and in testing team . Trust me you are in big trouble because team mates are incompetent and no planning at all for any projects 2 ladies dominate complete team, as they have joined first but matter fact is both of them are dumbest individuals I had ever worked with.
Secondly manager will only take their side IF you escalate as they are from same geographical region —- SOUTH
Your opinions are not at all respected in team without trying you opinion is rejected .
And if you pitch in manager then he will have only one fixed statement that is —-> “if you ask me I don’t have any solution to it , you can discuss it with in team and let team decide.”
Your HR leader is most irritating personality in complete organisation
Some of examples are :
1. your videos should always be turned on in meeting
2. She is more interested in your personal reasons while taking leaves
3. She will call you anytime she wants , but if you call her directly, she will humiliate you in front of everyone , saying you should not disturb her she is always in meetings
4. She is also very rude and she don’t even have the empathy to hear you .
You will literally experience a HITLER while speaking with her.
Junior managers behave like gossip gal , he wants to know each and everything team mates are saying about him.
Unnecessary back to back meetings for 2-3 hours , in which you will never speak a word but it will waste your productive time .
IN SHORT :
Your efforts , opinions , suggestions are not respected and you will have a great down curve to you career.
Rat an das Management
Hire some professionals, and hear out new joiners once , as they also bring their experiences to the table. In short you should respect if someone is giving 100% of himself

A standard interview process which begins with the call by HR and an online coding test and then the technical round. I completed the online coding round and then attended the technical round. The interviewer in the technical round was the most unprofessional one I have seen in my career. He just copy-pasted a question and said solve. No introduction, no collaborative approach and the guy was like a statue without even saying anything. I think this is one of those coders as robots culture. Never expected such strange engineering culture in a product company. Won't recommend spending time interviewing with them.
Anyway, I couldn't solve it and the interviewer was like a statue even to questions as it looks like they expect people to mug up and code and type it like a robot. Got the rejection mail the next day itself. That part at least is good from the HR process standpoint view as many companies these days don't even show the basic decency to inform candidates about interview results.
