Pros
Free snacks in the break room , Get to work from home.
Kontras
Terrible management , absolutely NO training dollars , Sales Team only capable of selling Route Switch quick and easy, Clueless about Infrastructure.
Only a good job if you drink beer with management.
Denied training EACH and EVERYTIME it was requested ..... denied conferences such as AWS and VmWare each and every time ....... they only spend money on the members of the Solutions Architect team , or the Sales teams to go have fun in Vegas !

Terrible Management .... It will be gone soon ..... train the Account managers to upgrade their skillset ........ They are all weak !
