Fantastic product which has genuinely disrupted the IP Software market, as the core product is equally of use to both traditional IP users, but also R&D teams. The full product suite also extends to products that can be used by CEOs, Marketing and Business Development/Sales.
Colleagues are helpful and friendly, management is there to push you but not micromanage you, and recent hires point towards a future of high growth.
A slight hangover from previous issues. Products have been mis-sold in the past both for usage cases and pricing, which can cause a disconnect between the customers perceived value and PatSnaps actual value. It presents a challenge when dealing with accounts, and requires you to roll up your sleeves.

Keep moving in the same direction - but make sure you keep the product and user in mind first.
Recruiter was quick to respond and asked me about salary expectations, notice period and when I would be available for a phone interview the next day. I replied within an hour, but then received no further response. A few days later I was called up during work hours, so we agreed that he would call me later that same day. No call received, and no response given via email either. At that point I decided that this company was not of interest to me and I pursued other offers instead.
