I have never felt more unappreciated at a job than at Parker Hannifin Medical Systems Division. This place was a fast moving train literally off the rails. The long term "Division Employees" spent all day trying to get out of this division and transferred out to other Parker divisions. Most made it out and now tell stories about it. It was the most shocking environment I had ever seen where the drive to lie to corporate mgt via overstating sales and growth projections was so obvious. The site management relied upon staying in Parker's good graces for their own purposes of "milking it" for all its worth. I am embarrassed to know what Parker looks like from the inside and it is the "black hole" of my resume and I will NEVER make the mistake of not thoroughly vetting a company before I go to work there...ever again! And the HR department that conducted so many investigations did NOTHING! They had bullying managers and sent the rank and file employees booklets on bullying? HR was inept, was ineffective and just looked the other way.
