Ich habe in Teilzeit bei PUMA gearbeitet
few responsibilities for part-time. friendly co-workers. no need to work overtime. fairly good salary (pt) compared to other retailers. fair workload.
a lot of written work, training, and meetings for full-time, which could be quite demanding. a lot of numerical targets and games. some workplace politics. if you are working in full-price stores, having strong selling skills is necessary, even if you are working part-time.

Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte mehr als 3 Monate. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im August 2019 bei PUMA (Hongkong (Hongkong)).
The interview process is pretty smooth actually, and then very soon the HR tell me to do the background/reference check, and i even submit some payroll document for my previous job payroll details. and it is nightmare afterwards, as somehow the background check and selection process took a long time, it is over 3 months (actually its more as i didn't wait for them), i keep asking the HR how is the progress or any update, but they just keep saying that it is still in progress, and saying will keep you update. and of coz there is no update at all. Actually if there is some budget or management decision problem and thus the hiring process is on-hold, the HR should have the responsibility to tell the real situation to the candidate. and most importantly, i care about the hiring process is of doubtful authenticity. I had provided some sensitive information like reference check contacts, and my payroll details for the reference check but it turns out there is no update at all from the HR afterwards on the hiring process, so for the information collection is it solely for hiring or for other purpose。
