Treated the same as everyone else Regardless of whether you are completely missing, achieving or exceeding your targets (ok, that may seem like a benefit to an under achiever and it is)
Getting hit by politics regardless of your seniority (or lack of)
The last job you will ever have - if your leaving threatens their success in a business line you or your next employer will end up in a lawsuit. BE WARNED!!!
Promotion based on incompetence.
Work/Life balance does not exist if you are good at what you do. If you are not then you won’t get pulled into every deal and can achieve it.
While I was there Benefits seemed to get watered down every year
Minimal salary increases. If you agree to join at a certain salary expecting it to go up over time forget it going up. Likewise if you transfer internally to a new position paying more expect just a 2-3k increase, even when those around you make 20-50k more than your base (policy seems to be no major pay bumps for internal transfers - be glad you got the position!!)
Rat an das Management
Take care of the people that are making you money.
Listen to them, they are doing something right. If you do not they will leave and it only drain your talent pool, but also become competitors.
People in the trenches sometimes and often do know more than management. Get the answers from them rather than assume

Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte 1 Tag. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im Mai 2015 bei OpenText (Rockville, MD (Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika)).
The interview process was pretty straight forward. I interviewed with 5 people starting with two people on the team I would work on, then the manager of the team, another sales manager and then the vice president. At the end of the interviews human resources explained the next steps and answered any benefit questions I had.
