OneNeck, Madison office 525 Junction Rd Wegbeschreibung
Ich arbeite in Vollzeit bei OneNeck (mehr als ein Jahr)
Management truly supports and buffers employees. TDS benefits are very good, with a generous work from home policy, time off, merit-pay, insurances and work-life balances. Management is very open from the very top to the bottom. The level of positive support and encouragement from all levels and peers is unbelievable. Truly an environment that practices putting the employee first and doesn't just give it lip service. The opportunity for advancement and growth seems very open, but the expectations to get there are not incredibly clear as the PDs don't clearly state advancements.
OneNeck has ten statements we work by and these are truly at the front of every interaction we have with each other, our customers or how we approach our work. Again, living what we say. Customer focused, peer respecting, supportive management, employee driven. What more can a service company be?
I STRONGLY recommend working for OneNeck.
Working Operations at any company can be a bear of a job, with a lot of cycles off hours. OneNeck management and team members do a very good job and working hard to distribute the workload equitably, and allow the family to come first. As OneNeck is an assemblage of several recent acquisitions, blending knowledge and accesses is a challenge; however, this blending is very mature and is not overburdening to the staff. Having worked in this industry since the 90's, and at OneNeck for a year, I am actually hard pressed to find anything I don't like about OneNeck.
Rat an das Management
Keep focusing on the employees, we will continue to focus on our customers.

Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte mehr als 4 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im Juni 2013 bei OneNeck (Madison, WI (Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika)).
Two rounds of the interview process if you pass the phone screening and the initial face-to-face interview. Then there was an intensive background check and later came the job offer.
