I agree with many other posts. They have no respect for the employees that actually accomplish the work. NO training, NO support. If i didnt know what i was doing my projects would have failed horribly. This division of the company has so much potential. But managers of this division wont succeed when it is obvious to their employees that they would not hesitate to take advantage of an employee to make themselves look... just slightly better. I was taken advantage of to the point they literally expected me and wanted to quit. I was a body that they could use until I decided I had had enough. Then they moved on to the next guy.
Rat an das Management
Its simple really, compensate appropriately. This seems to be a huge problem with this industry these days. Its easy to tell who is going to work hard for you and who isn't. Make sure you appreciate those that will or they will just move on. This is the reason that the average individual only stays with an employer for 2 years these days. Appreciate your employees. The longer they stay with you the more efficient they are.
