Ich habe in Vollzeit bei NTT DATA gearbeitet (Weniger als ein Jahr)
You get paid most of the time. May take a month before you get your first check but after that you mostly get them on time(ish). They offer benefits but you can't afford it so why say you do?
This is a company for you IF you like backstabbing, ignorance, vengeful management, arrogance, being micromanaged to death, email hell, crappy insurance, abusive management, lies, cowardice, cheap, inability to keep policies straight, no communication, redundant stupidity, favoritism, wasteful and confusing non sensible policies that change quicker than Texas weather. You will have each "leader" with their own ideas and policies conflicting with one of your other 10 or 15 "leaders as the previous leader tells you the other leader is ignorant and not to listen to them. They will promise when recruiting and during lie interviews that raises and bonuses are offered, lies! Raise if, is at best 1 (one) percent and bonus they do all they can in lies to guarentee no one but their favourite gets a bonus ... maybe. They reward failure like no other company so if you are a failure join them, you might be president eventually if you are bad enough. Management while screwing up so bad are known to insult their employees behind their backs, proof on this! Don't worry about training, it doesn't exist so nothing to learn. HR, payroll and almost all other functions are illiterate and ignorant to ALL USA laws though they are outsourced so who cares. So to sum up if you are lazy and a backstabber or are desperate for a paycheck and want to pay more for insurance and get nothing for it, this is the company for you. If you have any self respect or dignaty run away or be prepared to lose both! Oh, they will hire you as a no benefits (no paid time off, no insurance - nothing) employee telling you lies that they will bring you full time knowing well enough they are all lies and they never will. They will lie direct to you on this then say the rules are changed so now you have to wait longer. As to any positive reviews they were probably written by those who suck up to managment or are managers in the high levels. Open door policy as in here is the open door let it hit you in the rear on your way out! Seriously they have a major retention policy. To sum it up, this is the worse and most destructive company I have ever had the displeasure of being in. The streets are a better and safer option.

Sell the companies to a more honest company with integrity because you have neither. All the Japanese managment need to be fired.
