KI has had a great profound impact on my career out of college! They offer many opportunities to fast track your sales career and also relocate as an outside sales rep. The Sales Department has a great salesforce and management team, as well as our knowledgeable corporate sales training team. There are many opportunities of advancement and great mentorship with KI. We have a great workplace and everyone is willing to help you develop personally and professionally.

The interview was not grueling but many questions and answers. It was more like a conversation than most interviews. They are specific in the type of person they are looking for. The position sounds like it is not very difficult. I believe I was overqualified, if there is ever such a thing. Be prepared with why you are searching, why you are interested in KI, and with how all of your work history relates to the opening. The staff is very friendly, as is the manager. Be aware that things can easily change with the position that is open and what it could become later. Be yourself, the hiring manager is smart and will see right through a rehearsed answer.
The process was like most others: phone screening, short interview with HR Recruiter, then advanced to in person interview with hiring manager. Possibly would have been with CFO, had he not been out of town. Possibly would have been asked to interview again with CFO on another occasion. In the end they decided to pursue another direction.
