Ich arbeite in Vollzeit bei Intralot (Über 3 Jahre)
Set schedule and they work with you if you are in school.
You only talk to technicians all day and never have to deal with customers!
Sometimes they feed you, especially since covid 19 but it's never anything healthy and the other departments usually take everything.
Covid 19 rules: you must wear a mask in the halls and scan your forehead for every entry into the building.
Most interviews are electronic 9/10.
Over time is usually available but goes away every few months, leadership won't bother you unless you aren't doing your job, there is no micromanaging which I love by the way but I do my job so there's that lol.
Great benefits, excellent 401k plan and sick pay, float holiday and vacation.
The days are usually slow we are short staffed so it's a bit busier than normal but when we are fully staffed with willing to work employee's the days are literally AMAZING!
You are clicking buttons all day that's it like I said EASY MONEY.
Some of the employee's are really nice but they just stay to themselves and I see why.
The only major con for years was that the previous employees brought a lot of unnecessary negativity at this location all because of jealousy but they have been removed for awhile now, so it's a nice environment you do have some people who are extremely messy and lie and gossip to other small minded employee's for no reason, it's laughable. Most people will talk about you when you leave the room because they are that messy and childish but there are some people who are NOTHING like what I just described.
Vacation accumulates slow about 3 hours a pay period.
HR isn't quick with a lot of stuff the main person in HR is so sluggish it's ridiculous!
Some but definitely not all co-workers will sit on the phone for hours and not handle their call some days I do their jobs and some days everyone comes to work and actually works.
NO PART TIME
Training isn't as thorough as it could be the previous trainer was EXCELLENT but moved to another department probably due to the pay never going above $12. Like I said HR is sluggish so there isn't even a yearly increase like it should be but I don't blame the company I really believe it's the main person in HR.
Rat an das Management
Add in some fun tasks or rewards, also remove people who are messy and more concerned about the next employee instead of their job at hand because they barely work and barely show up to work.
