Snack-bar, 401K, ok pto, dog friendly office
This agency has a “cool kid” exterior but is a dying agency creatively. Not sure what blaring hip hop music and wannabe “street” aesthetic has to do with Citibank and Cracker Barrel..... no awards or new business in the foreseeable future, just more posers and under-qualified employees.
I would stay away from Citibank, long hours, poor “project managers” and horrible upper management. As long as people like Hsueh and Russ are in charge, things will never change and people will continue to leave. I have never seen so much turnover in one year than on this team.
Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte eine Woche. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert bei Havas Worldwide (Chicago, IL (Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika)).
I interviewed with two people there for about 15-20 mins with each. I first interviewed with the manager of the advertising side and then with the head of IT. The first interview the lady had her dog in there with her which was awkward I don't care how "hip" you think your office is.The 2nd interview the guy asked basic IT questions, Both said I was overqualified which I guess meant I was too old but I'm only in my mid 30's but I guess they want someone fresh out of school with tattoos to fit with their "culture". It didn't even help that I had a background in art. They're still looking months later. Mostly MAC environment and some Windows.
