Pros
The people I worked with in my office were so much fun. There's always excellent banter and because everybody's doing the same long hours and intense work, there's a lot of pranks and silliness to help you keep smiling. The managers and area directors genuinely care about you and are always asking abut your life, not just how you are finding work and seem to be honestly interested if you're struggling with your personal life, which is something you rarely find at a massive company like Foxtons.

The hours are pretty insane and that can really affect your life outide of work.
Rat an das Management
Just because you've worked the slog of 12 hour days for years, doesn't mean it's easy for the majority of people, even if you are committed to the company and your own career. It's one of the biggest drawbacks of the company and £10k a year basic, even with £300k averages means that people can earn £900/month if for example, they go on holiday for 2 weeks and don't manage to get a deal in that month

overall straightforward, nice and comfortable . First had to undergo a phone interview after this I was passed on to having a one to one interview . the whole process was very quick and efficient , you didnt have to wait weeks for a response
