The hiring practices are not uniform. I was told at hire vacation time was non-negotiable, (it is 2 weeks and barely any holidays) I worked with many people who came in maxed out or at 3 weeks.

First there was a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Then I was brought in for an in person interview with the person who would be supervising the hired individual plus two other team members.
