   Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte 3 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im Sept. 2022 bei Allstate (Charlotte, NC)

   I ultimately withdrew my application. I applied early September, and received an email two days later for a screening interview. After two weeks with no update, I reached out to the person listed as contact in the screening interview email, and as of October 3rd still have not received a response. The status of the job still says under recruiter review. Going three weeks with no feedback or update is ridiculous, so I withdrew the application.
   In the screening interview, there were 7 questions. Of those 7, only 2 actually pertained to the tasks involved with the position. The other 5 were about compensation, why are you leaving, where are you located, etc.
