Ich arbeite in Vollzeit bei AXA XL (Weniger als ein Jahr)
The management in my team was great. No power distance, no micromanagement, and a lot of support and understanding from their side.
No pressure, especially during your first months, as they understand it takes a lot of time to acquire all the necessary knowledge.
you do your own time tracking, which can be either a pro or a con, depending on what kind of person you are. In my case it turned out to be a con, but I'll list it as a pro cause it shows the company gives you responsibilities, rather than monitor you every minute like most other corporations.
Lots of initiatives to distract you from your daily routine, and they seem very committed to a lot of good causes, including employees mental well being.
Work is really complex and therefore mentally exhausting. The initial training goes on for 7 or 8 months and that's for a reason.
I have the feeling that progression within the company, if you start from an entry level position, is REALLY slow. Colleagues that incredibly experienced, were still at my same position (not sure if they had a higher salary, I hope for them they did).
The salary is on average higher than other entry level jobs in wroclaw, but I'm not sure it's worth the effort.
There is a bit of lack of structure in my opinion. Everyone does quality checks for each other, there is no official knowledge base. It'd be much better if they had a quality specialist, a content specialist etc.
