    I was initially excited about the company and the role, but the initial HR interview experience kind of put me off.
    The questions were standard, but didn't feel the interviewer was familiar with what was relevant experience for this role.
    I also felt a bit of arrogance in the interviewer's attitude. More focus on how cool and professional they are, rather than on my potential fit for this role.
    It was mentioned the process would be long (calls with about 5-6 people in total), and they provide feedback for every candidate, which never happened, although I followed-up and was told they would get back to me soon.

    I initially liked the company, but didn't leave me a good impression in the end. In case there are doubts about my actual suitability for that role, I'm currently in the last stages of interview with Deloitte and Accenture for similar roles (that included 4 interviews each & case presentation), waiting for an offer.

    So the fact that the HR person didn't consider I deserved to pass to at least the 2nd stage, not even a follow-up email, says a lot.
