Our network security assessment and capacity calculation procedures, play an incremental role in securing the operational security of the European power system every hour of the day, around the clock.

This is what your day will look like
System Design:
Assist in designing IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and integration points as part of the development of IT architectural solutions.
Technology Evaluation and Selection:
Support the evaluation of new technologies, tools, and platforms to determine their suitability for adoption.
Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Service Delivery Management:
Being accountable and responsible for the delivery of one or several IT services (Application & Infrastructure) and managing them throughout their lifecycle.
Assist in the development and implementation of IT service delivery processes and standard operating procedures.
Monitor service performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Responsible for managing or participating in the vendor lifecycle management activities including RFP process, vendor contract negotiations, vendor performance etc.
Incident and Problem Management:
Support the resolution of incidents and problems related to IT systems and services, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on users.
Change and Release Management:
Play the role of a Change Manager and assist in managing the change and release processes, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and governance related to the changes to IT systems and services.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate documentation of service delivery processes and related procedures.
Regular reporting on critical success factors and key performance indicators
You come with
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Hands on experience in IT architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong understanding and experience with IT service management using ITIL framework. Familiarity with other frameworks like COBIT, or ISO/IEC 20000 are a plus.
Proficiency in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and technical documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow & Jira) and systems are a plus.
ITIL certification (Foundation level) is mandatory. TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect etc. are desirable.
