As part of our dynamic IT support team, you'll provide exceptional end-to-end customer service to trivago talents. You will help them solve their IT problems as their first point of contact, maintain the computer hard-/software, and provide technical user guidance by diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems. How you'll make an impact:

• Take ownership of the support space for one or more of our key technologies e.g. Atlassian Tools, Slack, Microsoft 365 Services, Jamf, Security, MAC OS, Windows OS, Hardware, Polycom VC Systems, Zoom, Converters in Meeting Rooms, Printers etc.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users through various channels such as Slack, email, Jira, or in person
• Solve user requests and provide guidance, instructions, and resolutions for technical problems
• Assist users with their meetings where applicable and be available on campus every work day to continuously guide stakeholders onsite
• Install, configure, and deploy computer hardware, applications, and software packages including setting up new workstations
• Work with other IT professionals, such as system administrators and network engineers to resolve complex issues and contribute to ongoing projects

What you'll need to thrive:

• 2+ years of IT support experience in a multi-tiered IT support team
• Good knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, MAC and/or Linux
• Solid analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Great communication skills that help you explain, negotiate, and convince users if necessary
• A valid work permit for Germany or the EU
• Excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Availability to be on our campus every working day to solve IT problems for our talents
