- Product-orientated company: can't imagine a more rewarding work environment for product managers - Fast iterations: Never worked on a product where we iterated so quickly. On a daily basis, we bring new improvements live for our users. - Amazing talent: Really strong people in every department, it's a daily delight to work with them - High freedom to drive and to improve any aspect: everyone can (and does) bring up ideas which leads to constant improvements - Psychological safety: Only started to appreciate it as soon as I experienced it, it's overall a very nice and safe working environment - Remote policy: It doesn't really matter from where people work, as long as they are roughly in the same timezone. Allowed me to stay longer at holiday destinations and to work from there - Fun: the people I work with directly are really fun. I don't think there is any daily without something funny being shared
