    Pros

Management is pretty desperate due to high turnover rates, so they will pretty much hire anybody.

    Kontras

Look at the other truthful reviews, and take my advice this is a company you will want to avoid if possible. The overtime is ridiculous usually 7+ hours a week. Most of your time will be spent trying to keep your head above water, and keeping existing processes that break constantly running. The email alerts you receive in a typical day easily runs into the thousands. Their clients were usually unhappy,... management doesn't do much for them unless they can bill them extra for it. The turnover is quite high, for a company of only around 40 people that's been around for 20+ years, the average tenure of employees was 2 years or less. Their current contracts weren't being handled very well. There was a conference a few years back where one of their major contracts revealed selecting another vendor as their preferred partner over worldview Their other major contract was a company that was founded by the CEO's brother, and the clients that are part of that contract don't really have any other choice.

    Rat an das Management

Listen to your employees, and try much much harder to keep the good ones you have. Put a lot more effort into improving your processes, and keeping your current customers happier. Try to become the preferred partner with your current vertical integrations.

    Pros

    None, nada, zilch, nothing, nil

    Kontras

Everyone is leaving. There is a reason. I feel like the last one standing. It is terrible. Aweful. I can't say enough bad things. Don't believe the couple positives. They are by management trying to convince themselves this is a good place it isn't. If you are thinking about coming here don't. Follow everyone that has already left and run. Run fast. Did I mention this place is miserable?

    Rat an das Management

This place is crumbling under your watch. Do something.

    Kontras

Some of their 3rd party software can be annoying or hard to use sometimes Office is a little crowded Company laptops may seem a bit outdated for some folks So many emails/alerts!

    Rat an das Management

Continue to treat your people well Continue to encourage open communication between employees/managers Continue adopting new technologies and staying up to date with the industry Continue to have "tightly aligned and loosely coupled"/flat hierarchy Continue to have a start up feel even as the company transitions into a mature corp.

Ich habe für mehr als ein Jahr bei WorldView gearbeitet (Vollzeit)

    Pros

WorldView is a rapidly growing company with plenty of opportunity for personal and career growth. There is a lot of change happening on a daily basis but you will learn a lot from your peers and those in leadership positions. WorldView fosters a collaborative and cohesive environment by finding new ways to constantly improve employee engagement and communication. Worldview also offers great benefits including... a work from home policy that allows for the flexibility needed if an emergency situation were to arise.

    Kontras

With rapid growth comes growing pains and that change can be a little overwhelming if you enjoy consistency.

    Rat an das Management

Try to retain more of your top talent to ensure stability.

„Should have listened to the reviews.”

    SternSternSternSternStern

Ich habe bei WorldView gearbeitet ()

    Pros

    Umm... uhh... hmm.... well... hmm...

    Kontras

They know they have terrible reviews here and asked employees to go write good ones. Notice how nobody is. Very unprofessional managment. Way too many managers. Weekly meetings where managment brags about the trips they take all over talking with clients. WAY too many stand ups for the size and scope of the company. They try to act like a big company with too many meetings and too much management.... Get put down and ignored when offering advise on how to improve a process. Coworkers will not train you or help when you ask for it. Instead they will point you to out of date documentation, watch you fail and then laugh at you.
