    Most of the people are amazing. Very dedicated and hard working, trying to make a difference but not supported by management.

    The good management left, so us workers are starting to look for new jobs. Pay is not as competitive as it could be.

    Listen to the workers and hsupport them. Be visible don’t just sit in your office. The good management use to be out here and visible daily. Talk with the workers.

    Still pockets of employees that care and are trying (Purchasing, HR, longtime warehouse and logistics people, branches) Recently removed some leaders that was needed- but unfortunatly lost some really good people before change was made (sales people, HR leader, branch leaders etc) new presidents seem ok - but not sure why there are two pay and benefits are good

    Losing customers and good employees are choosing to leave. Doesnt' seem like the higher up leaders care or know what they are doing (hardly ever see the boss of the presidents and when he does talk to us (like 2 times in my years here) he isn't very motivating). Too long of work hours and they arent consistent. seem to run from one problem to the next. Not sure if the sales people have a plan and the finance... leader is rude to people. SAP system still needs support and we still need more people

    Rat an das Management

    Get back to caring about the people and the customer. I have seen some of this with the new presidents. Have a plan and communicate it. Address one thing at a time, too many projects and nothing gets done. Make sure to appreciate the way the company was (the environment used to be really good here so maybe don't discount what some of the people who have been here have to say, and maybe see if you can get some... good people to come back) change is good as long as you manage it. There have been some good new managers and employees hired so hope we can keep them but there are still some employees who need to be held to higher standards.

    Pros

    The employees you work with will be the best part of any day. Many ideas to create a well oiled machine. Understanding that life happens and willing to work with you.

    Kontras

    Turn over is incredibly high - by employees choice. Many ideas to make a better work environment that are still waiting to happen (months later) No one fully understands the new systems implemented. Everyone is overworked, which causes high amount of stress and no leadership. Don't plan on the new compensation plan.

    Trim the cancer. There is a lot of poor attitude and poor workers. The management knows who they are, why keep them around?

    Focus on business processes and procedures are starting to improve the efficiencies of the company. The investments made over two years with SAP and Automation will separate the company from the competition

    Customer came before employees every time. Burnout of best employees. Unprofessional behavior from leadership.

    Don't promote people before they are ready. Pay better. Recognize high performers before they leave and improve work/life balance. Way too much OT while I worked there.

    Advancement. Lots of variety in your work load. Get to learn every job that they have. Get to do a ride along when you first start so you get to see what Wurth does

    Pros

    Family oriented company, great people, easy access to executive team. As a new employee you are able to make an impact. Customer service and Purchasing managers/supervisors are great. Very nice facility.

    Kontras

    Upper management does not hold themselves accountable. Lots of blame put on the operations department for issues. They ask for data on issues but if it's not on their agenda they don't focus on it. Bonus structure/incentive plan is impossible to get too, don't count on it. The morale is horrible, all the good employees are exiting. 10+ in March. If you do your job well, they give you more work while others... will have little. Supervisors are overwhelmed with day to day tasks.

    Even up the workloads sooner than later. Get the processes between inside sales and purchasing rolled out ASAP, so much conflict in people not know what they are responsible for.
