    Parking is a bit of a pain if you don't get in a little early, lots of car shuffling and potentially being blocked in when you leave. Induction could be improved - I started on my own so there was no "official" induction so we cobbled together time with relevant people within the business to bring me up to speed.

    Pros

    Good Salary - if you get it (lots of sales guys didn't get commissions owed due to loop holes) Everyone is out the door on time - probably cant stand to be there any longer than required.

    I have been with the business for a number of years within various roles/departments and have received nothing but support. The company rewards loyalty,hard work and dedication with everyone working towards to same goal. I am proud to be part of the Vohkus family.

    Pros

    They have a lot of BDM's who are there to assist account managers get their deals over the line. They have good relationships with some vendors who offer lunch and learn and other incentives.

    Too many Vendors No one knew what was going on - including management level No CRM Do not understand anything about telecoms Unachievable targets

    Do not take on new people, offer them a "great opportunity", and then let 25+ members of staff go just months after taking them on.

    I have very few positive things to say about Vohkus. Whilst there I believed in the company and the people around me. New to the industry and sales, I thought they would support me in my professional growth. I was wrong...

    Just short of my probation period, Vohkus let go 20+ staff including me and my team. I put up with a lot whilst I was there because I thought the long term plan would pay off. The reality is I exceeded all my targets and KPIs (I was never in anyone's bad books or being watched) but because of a monthly profit threshold you had to reach to earn commission, I never saw a penny of the money I made.     Don't recruit if you can't afford to keep them on past 6 months. Stick to your word. Sort the organisation structure out. Don't let the big hitters act however they want at the sake of everyone else.
