- Best place to be within games Industry - worthy, warm and respectful studio directors - great co-workers and team bonding - respectful yet relaxed hierarchy independent interactions - no backstabbing (not usual in this industry) - encourages growth of the individual - no ego policy - very careful hiring process only the best get the job and only if they are a team fit - transparent communication whenever possible - nice benefits as gym, public transport ticket, bike or parking lots, child care etc - fantastic CEO truly close to his employees - admitted mistakes in past and kicked out everyone involved in harmful behavior - clear world wide and strict code of conduct - pursuing every possibility to ensure a safe work environment - low to zero crunch policy (max 48 hours a year) - salary is fair towards good - interesting and challenging projects and problems to solve - smart and competent co-workers on social as well as on intellectual level - no toxicity
