Ich arbeite in Vollzeit bei Triumph Group (Über 3 Jahre)

    Pros

With the state of affairs it's possible to be sold and absorbed by another company.

The new CEO Dan Crowley has made some effective changes and is good for corporate shareholders, for the individual that survives the layoffs necessary to be profitable you could have a successful career here.

    Kontras

Some large programs plagued with problems, experienced 50-60 hour weeks of mandatory overtime for months at a time, management is revolving and trying to find footing, company has been losing money and yearly raises suffer, insurance has been scaled back and put on a private exchange, aging workforce and new grads who are looking for jobs make up the company, the middle of the company is missing and they cannot retain any employees that are not long term pensioners, people leave for raises and a more stable environment, current facility is under sized for the amount of staff present.

    Pros

A paycheck for today but not stable

    Kontras

Poor Leadership that do not lead or value the workforce. Too many VPs and Directors.

    Rat an das Management

Let go of the Directors that do not know how to lead and build relationships and causing huge frustration to many.

Ich habe in Vollzeit bei Triumph Group gearbeitet (Über 5 Jahre)

    Pros

The site in Redmond is very innovative, so there is always new things happening to keep your interest.

    Kontras

The site is going through major changes, causing it to be a tumultuous place to work. Employees are under valued, leading to numerous people quitting. At the time I left, employees were quitting at the rate of one per week. As a consequence, the workload is far too high and employees are expected to work extra hours to get the work finished, with no extra compensation.

    Rat an das Management

Value your employees more and pay them accordingly.

Ich arbeite in Vollzeit bei Triumph Group

    Pros

Money/pay is good if you have been in the industry for a while.

    Kontras

Does not offer promotions internally. Does not push for employee growth and development. Would rather people work long hours than the normal work week. Poor planning in everything. Their focus is not on training but doing what youre told. Not a place for growth and development. Just a place to stop through your journey in your career. Also, benefits are the qorst in the industry. You have to give 5 hours in order to make overtime, and overtime is straight pay.

    Rat an das Management

Promote from within and pay the people that you promote.

    Keine Meinung zu Geschäftsführer

Ich habe in Vollzeit bei Triumph Group gearbeitet (mehr als ein Jahr)

    Pros

    Interesting projects to work on.

    Kontras

Incompetent leads who wouldn't pay attention to what was going on or listen to the people who were actually doing the work. Didn't know about the work they were supposed to be doing, and kept changing assignments mid-stream.

    Rat an das Management

Stop promoting incapable people to lead positions. Choose the best people regardless of ethnicity. Get to know the actual engineers, don't simply get poor advice from leads.

    Keine Meinung zu Geschäftsführer

Ich habe in Vollzeit bei Triumph Group gearbeitet (Weniger als ein Jahr)

    Pros

Most of the people I worked with were nice and friendly for the most part.

    Kontras

I was hired to be a part of the Contracts department but there wasn't much contracting that I saw. It was all order entry - which isn't a big deal but the amount of orders and work was such that people would not say more than a quick hello. A couple women were miserable, wouldn't even look at you. While a work week is 40 hours you are expected to work a minimum of 11-12 hour days, and log on during the weekend. The work/life balance is non existent.

    Rat an das Management

Hire people to focus on order entry instead of expecting a team of a few Contract Administrators to do the work of many.
