    Pros

    I enjoy working at TriNet and I look forward to the future with this company as I watch them grow and not forget about their employees and their needs in the process.

    They offer a lot of employee perks such as great healthcare benefits, working remotely, and the ability for employees to chime in on how the company is doing against their mission and vision. The CEO is very approachable and willing to listen to anyone who has something to say. They are also very honest when mistakes are made and since hiring Olivier Koehler have made tremendous steps in quick resolutions.

    The leadership teams lack diversity, and technology is improving but it has been a struggle.

    You’re definitely headed in the right direction and I’ve seen tremendous improvements in the company culture in just 2 years. Keep up the amazing work and don’t forget about the little guys that are representing the company everyday in the face of clients.

    Pros

    Great benefits, pay is ok in the PEO space but low compared to internal HR. Love my colleagues

    Focus seems to be more on sales and company image versus your service teams. Depts are siloed, no collaboration at all. No HR presence just an inbox if you have questions/concerns. Decisions are made without checking in with those on the frontline.

    Great that you’re bringing in clients however think about your service teams. They are over worked some managing over 100+ clients. If “People Matter” then provide your service teams some bandwidth and support so they can proactively help clients succeed. Right now we can barely service and are in reactive mode.

    Pros

    TriNet is an exciting place to work because it's always evolving. We have a really progressive Executive Leadership Team who is always looking at ways to make TriNet and our clients more successful. The compensation is extremely fair and as a sales-focused organization, our leadership is looking for ways to keep the best and brightest people. As you would expect from a company focused on HR, the benefits are very strong and the company is very generous in it's package. Finally, the ability to advance within the organization is very attainable. With the companies continued growth, new opportunities for management and career advancement are readily available.

    The sale can be complex, so you really need to dig into the needs and challenges of the prospects to close a deal. You can't really expect to walk into a deal and close it quickly, so some patience must be expected.

    Pros

    TriNet has a great culture and atmosphere. Even with offices throughout most of the US, it definitely has a "homey" feel to the company.

    Kontras

    "Big ideas" don't always get filtered down in reasonable ways to engineering and QA. But, then again, what company doesn't have that issue?

    Incredible, seriously incredible sales training. Great place to build out your ecosystem and become an expert in your vertical.
    Product has great value which makes it a desirable sale.
    Great base plus commission structure.
    Incredible people work here.

    Its a big boy job, not the easy laid back entry level sales gig some people are looking for. However if you put in the work the rewards are huge.

    Pros

    TriNet offers true value if you enjoy selling B2B. It has a strong team culture and people are encouraged to work together rather than being pitted against each other. They offer high quality and high value if you are a solution-seller, and they have an honest comp plan that can be really lucrative by the 2nd year.

    Kontras

    PEO is not for wimps- you have to be willing to put in the work. That doesn't mean a zillion hours, but you can't expect to make $200,000+ and have it be a cakewalk, either.
