    Pros

    There are a hundreds of absolutely dedicated people working there who do the best they can in their jobs, despite the obstacles that management put in their way. It's like they don't understand that they deserve better from their employer.

    Kontras

    Management are argumentative, disorganised, misguided and dillusional. They have a grand plan for what the company will look like 3-5 years down the line, most of which is entirely fictional, but won't tell anyone how they plan to get there and can't or won't support their staff with handling the day to day challenges which are causing the stress in the here and now.     Start rewarding the good people you have and reeping the benefits of their existing knowledge to achieve what you want to achieve. Too many good people have walked out the doors of Towergate breathing a sigh of relief and it really is the company's loss much more than it is theirs. All people need is some clear direction and prioritisation from the management of their area; with all areas on the same page trying to work...

    Ich arbeite seit mehr als 3 Jahren bei Towergate Insurance (Vollzeit)

    Pros

    Strong new leadership team bringing positive change. Should be plenty of opportunity going forward and plenty of tangible positive changes have taken place in the last year or so. Simple things like improved vacation days, better benefits, good coffee machines, improving or moving offices etc etc.

    Kontras

    Still very much in the "we're fixing the fundamentals" stage. A lot of the things you expect to work seamlessly do not and you have to be flexible. The plethora of totally barmy job titles and lack of standardised job levels makes it very confusing.

    Keep on doing what you've been doing over the past 12 months and don't forget about your non sales staff (training / engagement / opportunities to grow and develop).
