    Pros

    Great team work environment within store and sometimes on the area, close knit to senior management teams which is a change compared to most retailers, great incentives in place, desire to be best loved by our customers which is something new I've fond from a retailer, salary is amazing for all retail roles compared to the standard and support is always available from all directions, I genuinely LOVE working for Three.

    Poor archaic systems which prevent store teams from fulfilling their roles and hinders customer experience, too many changes that don't get implemented straight away in the right way, lack of direction for anyone in a management position for furthering their career as internal jobs site has job titles and wording that is hard to understand unless your in with the cliche, focus on new contracts can sometimes lead to poor practice among stores that are under-performing within this role, communications between departments within head office, retail and customer services is awful with it leading to some really bad experiences from both employee and customer. As with all roles some elements of stress when footfall is low and stores aren't achieving desired goals but this is standard retail not Three in particular.

    Remember that existing customers are just as important as retaining new, drive some campaigns that will drive retail exclusive deals into store instead of onto our online channels, there needs to be a big change within how we progress internal candidates especially those that have had success within their current management roles and want to continue to help the business towards its goals. I genuinely LOVE Three and will be sad to be leaving the business in the future due to furthering my own development it's a shame that the internal career's side of things isn't clear enough for retail candidates. All senior manages continue to do what you are doing best but always remember the human elements as the business goes through its transformation.

    The culture at Three has always been very positive and vibrant. They see themselves as the challenger telco and they live that philosophy. They set out to show a set of core values that I can associate with, and have a very positive attitude towards employee wellbeing, including strong set of health support benefits and a good flexible working policy.

    The changeable nature of the company can become a drain. There is such a drive to challenge the norm that we end up with a level of intensity that can be difficult to maintain.
