    There are honestly no pros working for this company they even make promises and lie to employees lol that's terrible. They used to give 25 dollars weekly for lunch which is nice I guess but that's about it

    Management is terrible. Managers do not communicate with workers and if there is an issue they'll go behind your back and weed you out instead even for the most petty things and would not say a word, they'll act like there's no problem and your friend then stab you in the back. Remember they don't have your best interest in mind. Manager/leads act like they own the place and every little thing they'll try to get you... fired for just because they have the voice of authority. The company is fake they ask for feedback on what they can do to improve and make things better for employees however if you speak to them about it, it's pretty obvious they don't like that and will not try to listen to you're viewpoint or opinions not that they have to but they'll argue with you and say whatever they're doing is best and to only enforce what they have discussed if that's the case than don't ask for feedback because in the end of the day it's just an opinion that I'm offering not forcing you to act on it so if that's the case then don't ask for feedback and use that as a means to fire employees lowkey because they're hired at will. In this job it doesn't Matter how hard you work it all goes unnoticed they don't offer true feedback and help on ways you can improve at your job but instead want their employees to be kiss up to management they'll try to use things against you like that guy doesn't talk despite being an excellent worker and that's not true at all either just like everywhere in life you have your preferred crowd of people you associate with and have your own reasons and how does that exactly improve or impact performance? I have no clue. Hr is nonexistent they're there only to give more power to supervisors and lead and management which they already have they're nonsensical and won't listen to your point and have zero evidence but only wants to get you out the door just because they hire at will so be careful with these companies they are no good. Hr is not for employees so there's an issue forget about it. They have a poor retention level and hardest workers go unnoticed there are people their who do nothing, barely put in the shift but aren't given any precautions as they have favoritism and choose who they go after like some have poor performance numbers and everything but they're still there while the hard workers get fired because of favoritism, some workers can go to break for long time or step outside for a while not do anything the whole shift but that's okay because they're friends with leads and management. There are no advancements in the company to advance you have to be best buddies with someone in power position like a manager/lead/supervisor as they tend to help each other out and have high level of favoritism. There are workers there who don't put up the performance required and can goof off all shift but goes unnoticed or ignored because they're buddies with management is absolutely ludicrous. I've been there for years even going beyond the performance level that the company set for us on my best days and I did it every day then came burnout and my managers didn't like that they talk to me and they want me to be doing every single day as most of their impressions came from me which is fine which I have been doing but when burnout came in they showed their true colors by making up stuff against me to get me out shows I wasn't valued at all they used and pretended to like me. For several years working there if your good you can talk to management about who you would like to work with as they did an excellent job but all of a sudden that's a problem and they didn't even tell me or explain themselves that it's a problem but instead report me behind my back to hr when I thought everything was okay and fine it all came as a surprise and if they want you out they hire at will you can be the hardest worker for them it means zero I'm more inclined to think that they prefer bad and lazy workers and also don't trust management there unless they're buddies outside of work or you know people in higher positions cause they'll backstab you. You're nothing to them. They have their own personal agendas then just work it's a terrible place to work. They make decisions behind your back and have zero evidence and whatever they say is final . Oh and I can even add that management goes as far to contort your words and make it seem like you've said or done something wrong but knows exactly what happened and even If what you said is factual and obviously not derogatory they take us workers for fools.

    Market-rate salary, paid lunches and casual office vibe.

    No support for design or a clear roadmap for what was needed. Extremely poor leadership. Massive amounts of unhappy customers and artists who had been ripped off with little to nothing they could do to stop it. Designers were often not included in outbound or on-site marketing, leading to a massive amount of inconsistency across the platform.
