    Ich habe bei TE Connectivity gearbeitet -

    Pros

    Opportunity to work with various levels of management. Products are respected in the industry. Company succeeds in spite of management shortcomings.

    Kontras

    Zero communication from HR on important issues. VP of HR Operations is clueless and indicated he is"not a subject matter expert in anything" Senior VP of HR is unapproachable and seems to be about 20 years behind top notch companies. No corporate oversight into business unit policies. If the OFCCP wanted to make more money they would only need to audit TE Connectivity.

    Be the company the CEO speaks about in his quarterly updates. Right now there is a vast disparity between CEO's comments and highlights and actual happenings.

    Pros

    Good opporrtunities for cutting edge technology, fast paced environment, great market share for many of their products. Last several quarters have shown financial improvement and outlook looks positive for growth.

    Kontras

    Recognition for job well done is sometimes lacking. It is possible to be pulled in multiple directions on a variety of projects to the point where your basic job could be neglected. There is a lack of communication regarding changes/upgrades of systems and HR seems to lack strong leadership

    Rat an das Management

    Focus on hiring top notch talent, get rid of the "old boy" network and bring in fresher ideas from tech savvy companies like HP, Google etc.
