    -Good pay, 401K, and benefits. I'm well-paid in the market and recognize that. Also, for those who actually understand the current trends in health care and insurance, TE's benefits are very competitive. Many people just like to complain that "it's not like it was in the old days of Amp" because they now have to put some time and work into understand how insurance works today. - The 401K match is unheard of - you... won't find many other companies with this type of match. Why there are people who don't participate is beyond me. - Good work-life balance but depends on your manager - My coworkers

    - Too many people wanting it to be "the old days of Amp" again and who are now just stumbling blocks to progress. Get over it - it's a different company. - Too many layers of management. If you want to conduct layoffs and operate lean, cut some of these redundant Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, Senior Directors, VPs and Senior VP titles. You'll save millions of dollars. - TE tends to work very lean at... lower levels

    Rat an das Management

    The "do more with less" philosophy isn't working at certain levels. You are burning people out by operating so lean at the band 5 and 6 levels while being too heavy in bands 0-4. Also, stop promoting incompetent people. Deal with poor performers instead of just passing them off.

    - Pay is great - Team members are typically great people - Opportunity to learn about different industries, move to different functions if you are one of the fortunate high performers

    - Known to lay employees off when things get rough, then be short staffed when the market improves - Lack of security in all roles due to constant restructuring - Terrible Talent Management system where only high performers are considered for promotions/lateral moves - Medical deductibles are very high, most people have a hard time affording costs - Culture of Upper level management needs to be adjusted. If one... person doesn't like you, you might as well find a new job - Terrible work life balance, prepared to be on call 100% of the time

    Team is great. Everyone is very helpful and accountable.

    Not that a great brand name to start career with. Flexibility is not as promised. Not great work life balance

    Management is not bothered about high performers or rewarding them. Moreover management doesn't share a clear picture of vision of the organization.

    The people and the hours were great, managers listened to your ideas. Flexibility in some roles and diversity of careers available.

    Senior Managers not always cohesive with each other. Did have a silo approach to lots and people didn't always like change making it hard to progress

    Learning New process Low work pressure Work flow coming in is increasing as it is a hr shared services and day by day it's growing Cross training happens a lot.

    If your on contract no use of working more than a year as making on role it's not very sure as it depends on the Job vacancy they have because many people are still on contract for more than a year like even 2years on third party payroll. Cab is big head ache with many cons the driver will say come in OLA I will pay you which is very disgusting and no security for girls. Very low salary compared to market... conditions.

    Don't be conjuse on cafeteria part food served is very bad. Don't differentiate between contract and on role employees.
