    Very good and friendly environment to work. Freshers can learn so many things relatively, in less time. One can build a very good foundation for his/her career.

    Pros

    - You will get lots of opportunities to work on different technologies. - You will get to work on different projects & different teams. - You will get a chance to interact directly with clients. - In all you will learn a lot while creating a website or application from scratch.

    - Infrastructure is not that good as compared to MNCs. - You will have to run tracker on your machine while working in most projects which is sometimes stressing. - Number of leaves are less and are designation based.

    - 5 days working - extra curricular activities.. social people

    Kontras

    - work pressure - narrow thinking although owners stay abroad still!! - women empowerment only encouraged in UK. No cooperation with leaving early even for female employees - job insecurity - bad appraisal If you are coming from mnc or good level company of indore.. plz don't join.. It might backfire your decision!

    # Direct client communication # Flexible working hours # Career opportunities (for freshers only) # At some department/projects, pay is good # Good employee portal; the best I have seen till date

    # Unnecessary burden of billable hours on employee. If billable hours are not in good amount, it results in bad hike/increment/appraisal # Salary is disbursed on 10th of next month # Breaking a lot of government and SEZ rules that are illegal such as bond agreement, 60 working days notice period, running a tuition class inside company etc. # No recreational activities like used to have 2-3 years ago # Favorite... employees of company are having better pay and position than the senior developers

    # Stop putting unnecessary pressure and burden of billable hours on employee; it is company's job to get sales not developers # This is to the HR department: Please tell CEO to have big heart and courage. Stop converting small issues/mistakes to big blunder & use them for good. # Consider every employee equal and good. Stop picking up favorite employees.

    -The office has a good ambience -Flat heirarchy -Challenging work

    There is absolutely no concept of work life balance You are expected to work more than 9 hours a day The management treats the developers as their slaves The company pays the developers peanuts in comparison to what they make of them from the clients. Everyone in the team is chained using bond which they are asked to sign at the time of joining Their attribution rate is one of the worst I know of. Almost... everyone thinks of leaving the company after a month of working there, but remain there because of bond. It's a bonded slavery

    You need to do some research on best practices to run a software company. Since the management lives in London it's not a difficult task Get rid of the bond, it's illegal in India, someday you will get in trouble legally Improve the salary you pay to the developers, they work hard and earn you huge amounts from clients You don't even pay 10% of that to the developers

    1. Young people which are eager to learn.

    1. Company owners talks like you are a salve. 2. Camera all the places to monitor your every minute activity. 3. Higher management have no manner how to talk with employees. 4. Higher management fools client. They puts less experience emp. to the project and charge client higher exp. emp.

    Please pay the employee at least a decent salary. Don't take your employees granted because they are running your company not you guys. Also, please stop making clients fool.

    Only good thing is Salary and location.

    - No work life balance. - Have to work more than 12 hours mostly in projects. - Have to run tracker and you are fully responsible for the project if something goes wrong.
