Straight away the moment I was welcomed, I started feeling just comfortable due to the culture of the company to be very open to everyone. The next day I've realized how smoothly everything is organized, even though the flexible working hours. Due to that everyone has freedom while being motivated whole the time ELISE introduces everyone to their software environment in the best possible way, having a lot of training materials. That's how I got into it. After a while inside I have enjoyed the professionalism of the workers and enjoyed a close relationship with them, including the founders on, both, daily working basis as well as on multiple special events after the hours in the office. The company supports individual decision-making and personal development in a field of interests of a particular person. Last but not least is the software, that is constantly developed.
