    Treated like cattle. Huge turn around, HORRIBLE communication between training and management. Not on the same page. They drill you to stick to the script word for word through two week training (Understandable if used for the role play test) so the script you put time in and sacrifice your life to learn is not what the managers used for the test or the floor!!! RIDICULOUS...total waste of time. What I mean by treating you like cattle is they speak to every person like we're robots, same personality, same backgrounds, same level of expertise, and every good manager knows you have to teach and communicate differently with different types of people as we are all individuals. They put you in the same manufactured box like you're cloned. They don't care what you think, just be a robot which results in huge turn around especially for true professionals, it's a joke. By far the worst management I have ever seen in my life. Rude, disrespectful, and obviously never grew and managed a room before. With this great product it's a shame how incompetent the managers are in making you feel welcomed and how to relate to their team. Asking a question is like bothering them!! Once you come out of training, in which you don't even learn the software as it's run through very quickly the last day, then when you go to the floor and you're thrown on the phone with managers nowhere to be found the first 3 days on the phone and selling a new product on software you never used is something I've never seen before. Total waste of my time and effort. That's not even the worst. You're hired under false pretenses. They hire you on a salary plus commission but it's not a salary it's hourly and you can't work over 40 hours, GOD FORBID OT so you're usually a couple hours short of 40 because they make you take so many breaks not get OT that you're not even making what was agreed upon for salary and the commission doesn't come for about 6 months down the road so it's a scam and not for professionals You're told to be there from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday so 50 hours a week but you can't be logged in for more than 40 hours so you're there all day long literally making less than what they told you and not making commission for 6 months, instead you're on break all the time twiddling your thumbs wasting your time, making less then agreed upon and you can't make commission for about 6 month's!!!! WTF???

    Be honest and upfront with people when you hire them and managers should know how to manage. Not sure where you getting these people from, they have no bed Manor to new employees. Just because somebody could sell doesn't make them manager material. You're losing a lot of money and could be so much better with the proper management. Owners and employees could be making so much more money and everybody could be happy but that is saved for the few on top. Why even hire if you're just going to give it to the same people on top. Here is why, my thought, new people front the leads and then they leave because they're not managed properly and not getting paid what they were told and agreed to! That must be your business model game plan. What comes around goes around don't play with people's livelihood.

    Progressive culture, lots of events and incentives. Strategic cares about its employees and I feel I am making a contribution each day coming into work.
