    Set clear and thoughtful goals, make sure there's a sensible, resourced plan in place to achieve them. Hold yourselves and your employees more accountable. Remember that you get paid the "big bucks" to make hard choices.

    Has a good mission statement. There are some really good people that want to make Seattle Children's great. Some managers allow for employees to work from home.

    The pay is lower and there is a lack of accountability with upper management. Poor management and leadership skills from directors.

    Thick politics and poor behavior, lot's of high school drama, lack of honesty between management.

    All other places will treat the employees like they care.

    Deferment of responsibility
    No one follows up with what they started
    They promote terrible performers while scolding the high consistent individuals who always meet their mark
    Management is literally going to drag this company down.
    Stop harrasing/verbally abusing your employees
    Employees reach out for help and told "Just keep working"
    HR is legit a dumpster fire taking weeks to process LOA's/job accommodations

    Change your training. I attended this so called "leadership workshop" and it was just someone babbling how terrible the culture is while managers and directors stared at their phones just looking to cross this off their required training checklist; evedentally perpetuating this miserable culture . They were "shocked" to hear of the high turn over rate in which no one wanted to go deeper into so we just skipped it. Management is quick to get another body in line with 0-no training and blame the employee when clearly management is failing on every facet beginning with onboarding. Biggest joke of a company. I've never been told by managers that displaying enthusiasm on new tasks/projects was problematic. Every supervisors/manager seems like they don't want to be hear and it's clearly because they bait people with false job descriptions and once they're in you can see this sudden awakening of how terrible this place is from patient access all the way up the facade of management.
