    Pros

    Work life balance, there is an exercise room, managers are well trained, very well compensated for the work we do on a daily basis

    The only thing is that there is a lot of people who work here. The camaraderie is nice, but can get too personal sometimes

    Pros

    Good training and support for the drivers, allow drivers to determine preferred schedule - i.e., days or nights, treat drivers well overall, flexible with the drivers schedule when requested.

    Kontras

    Do not give consistent miles, slow the drivers down when they think they're making too much money, and too many drivers.

    None of you have a job without the drivers, allow drivers to make a decent living and help them to do so by allowing them to run as many miles as they can run. Give company drivers first priority on loads available, as many loads as are needed to keep them moving.

    Good driver support
    Friendly people

    Kontras

    Totally disorganized. Will make you wait 10 hours for a load and Aunt offer detainment pay.
    Claim safety is key, but make your drive in unsafe conditions
    Facilities (some) are disgusting.
    Pay is by far let in industry, despite what the "Social Media" robot says.
    No paid holidays ( unless you want to work for 6 days over Christmas for $120!!!
    Driver turnover is 100% or more..
    Miles are inconsistent.
    No per diem pay
    Etc, etc, etc

    Rat an das Management

    Sell your jet and pay your drivers. Despite all your corporate cheerleading at your facilities, drivers won't stay until you pay them what they are worth. Schneider is at least 10% lower starting pay then any of the other major carriers, and a much as 25% lower then small carriers. Drivers are getting ready to organize..... I'm sure Don will love that.

    Pros

    The building is great as is the outdoor amenities and cafeteria. Most employees are also great. If you just care about a paycheck....also a great company then.

    Kontras

    IT management lacks organization, coaching and leadership skills. It would be accurate to say that if you have a bachelor's degree, you are over qualified for employment at this company....keep looking....you will appreciate it if the long run.

    Lighten the building up more....employees who are not in an office or window cube are like Tom Hanks in the beginning of Joe versus the volcano. I feel sorry for those that are contractors....they are treated like Milton in Office Space....in the basement.
