    Good salary, additional bonus program based on travel days (for marketing representatives). Young & international team

    You're not valued as an employee, suggestions are not welcome and every decision is made through the headquarters. Even middle management does not have much power. No flexibility regarding working hours or work life balance. Lots of traveling is required

    Pros

    Hard work really PAYS off here. The pay is second to none. Every product you're selling is the best in its industry, or on its way to it. Extremely helpful work-environment. You're not expected to know absolutely everything - asking for help is encouraged. Great travel benefits.

    Some departments can be known for being micro-managed, but not all. Dress code is professional. Expectations can be high. Your friends will probably make fun of you for liking working here.

    Great commission structure, potential to earn above the average wage for this type of job. Good office environment where any recommendations are taken seriously and can be implemented, everyone's opinion matters. The opportunity to move up the ranks and also into the different areas of the business. The company is global so option to travel abroad to different offices etc and learn more. Range of different ages and... people in the office.

    Fun environment to work with a mix of youth and experience. Competitive starting salary and uncapped 10% commission structure. Multiple employees in sales are earning above or near 100K/year. Must be hard working and strong minded to achieve these goals. New starters in sales are achieving up to 50k/year in the first year if they work hard. You will be working for the number 1 advertising platforms for... Farm/Machinery/Truck/aviation markets. Multiple employees have recently been promoted / given more responsibilities.

    -Opportunities for high pay, constantly evolving and adding products to their suite of tools. Pressure to sell them all, but with more sales, comes more money. -3 Weeks of paid vacation -Flexible and supportive with family/sick time. -friendly and professional work environment -If you put in the time, the sweat, and hardwork, and stick with it through ups and downs of being in the saleslife, this job will... reward you and take you far. -Dress Code maybe a little formal for the job, but dressing like a professional as many do in other cities isn't a con in my opinion. However, wearing t-shirts to work isn't appealing for me, so maybe im a bit biased based.

    -Support from co-workers and managers is available whenever you need it, just have to know how to ask for it. It is not a hand-holding company or department structure. If are not comfortable in asking co-workers or managers for help or unwilling to try and work through problems on your own first, this job won't be a good fit. -It takes time to move up in most cases, in both pay and promotions. Worked with many... co-workers who expected high 5 or 6 figures within a few months of work, but most people at the company put in 5-10years to earn those wages. -Pressure to make sales each day, but being a salesman, that's what we are paid to do.

    Great pay starting out, great coworkers, free phone, unlimited earning potential.

    Kontras

    Excessive travel and unrealistic travel budget - you will be paying for your own unless you want dollar menu for every meal. Management is degrading towards employees and majority of the good managers are either gone or towards the end of the road. No sense of direction or feedback. A lot of your success relies on the book of business given to you - not as much room to grow as there once was.

    There is such high turnover that accounts will sometimes get handed to you and the drinking water is free at least.

    There is a reason why the turnover is so high; - Unqualified management with no interpersonal skills for managing a team - No room for innovation or new ideas (their way or the highway) - Employees are treated as numbers - Great opportunities are promised yet the systems in place are inefficient so its extremely hard to progress and reach those opportunities.

    You get a box of meat sometimes

    I spent years selling a product that was severely overpriced, for an outdated product that is dying more and more as time progresses—print publications. It’s absolutely ludicrous to think otherwise. I’m not saying it doesn’t work and that some people don’t look at it, but to say that a print publication is the difference maker is just simply not true. Ask yourself about how find out about news? Twitter/Facebook, or... the Sunday paper? This place is more outdated than their dress code. Not worth it in my opinion.
