    Oddly, lack of headcount required/offered the chance to learn more skills across more functions Most of the people working there for more than the past 3 years are smart, helpful, dedicated Great product ideas always in process Good benefits package, flexible work schedule, casual environment Generous IT support and equipment Generous educational benefit - up to $6K/year Good location for commute - near... restaurants and stores

    Choose top level executives based upon capability and awareness of business in the millenium, not on personal relationships. Strengthen that team by sharing consistent logical direction with mid management and front line. Do valid market research prior to developing yet another product. Quit competing on price and focus on quality products and honoring relationships with customers.

    Don't get promoted unless you play politics in the office, terribly managers disrespectful to employees, low salaries, lots of paperwork, bad moral. Not sure what a lot of the managers do except attend meetings and come out with more work for others.

    They need to get a consultant in to reorganize the company and get rid of a lot of the mid managment positions. There is no structure. No organization chart. Some of the business units have a lot of staff, while others are short staffed, if you are going to have business units, have the same structure for each of them. The A/V business unit is reactive and needs to have a strategic plan and to stop putting out... so many products that don't sell (due to poor research and planning).
