Small company in home training, you always have supervising from CEO if it is needed. Different projects, different clients.
Sometimes projects were very tough and quite difficult to reach goals which were put by top management. Office location is not very nice.
Rat an das Management
In my opinion more benefits should be given to the employees. That will be a great motivation for them to work harder and look for better solutions to different issues which occurs.RDG Call-center2015-06-12
