Was working in the company for many years. Quandoo is taking care of the employees, invest in their development and provides different opportunities. The company very often organizes team/company events. Very international, dynamic environment, amazing colleagues to work with.

Leichter Einstieg in den Sales Bereich

Strategie der Chefetage nicht wirklich nachvollziehbar. Sehr viel Intransparenz. Keinerlei echte Wertschätzung der Mitarbeiter. Nicht einmal Spesen. Der Umgang mit Bestandskunden führt dazu, das diese schnell wieder kündigen und der Sales Mitarbeiter nicht mehr guten Gewissens für die Firma tätig sein kann. Das führt zu einer hohen Fluktuation. Durch den schlechten Ruf der Firma kämpft man stetig mit der Akquise und durch das Provisionsmodell hat man nicht einmal im Urlaub den Kopf aus.

Weak on boarding process. HR is very slow and nothing helps in relocation process, even disappearing when you need a help. Managment with not clear expectations, very low level of SDLC process, unclear requierements.

- wenn man den richtigen Leuten auffällt, kann man es dort zu etwas bringen. Aber Glück und Zufälle müssen mit reinspielen. - je nach Team auch gute Kollegialität

- Bezahlung grundsätzlich schwach - hohe Fluktuation - hire and fire - oft Aufgaben eine Zumutung (je nach Bereich: stumpf, stressig, Überforderung durch realitätsferne Erwartungen durch Management) Es ist kein Unternehmen, das seine Mitarbeiter besonders wertschätzt.
