This company is scaling up, which means they are growing fast. There are new managers coming in and people need to adapt. The problem is, you can fall on a bad manager, who does not appreciate your work, does not know how to promote you, does not know how to say thank you or even to apologize when they make mistakes. In my case there was lack of guidance, skills, and knowledge in the subject area. On the outside, the atmosphere was laid back and relaxed, but there was lack of transparency and empowerment, and team members suffered from this, some left and some decided to suffer and keep the job. Although empowerment was the intend, it did not really reflect in actions. So be careful on who you fall on, and do not be fooled by the smiles and words.

I was got the interview call for the Graphic designer position. and my interviewer was Alexandra (HR). She was professional and friendly. Not only that but also she knows what types of questions should be asked of a Graphic designer. this is really important because most of the time in your first interview sometimes some HR person asked you some strange and irrelevant question which is embraced you. but this interviewer Lady was experienced So I like the professional attitude and the conversion.

A C-suite management that doesn't understand tech but is full of the usual start up platitudes and entirely unaware of the concept of development creep. Self serving middle managers who are only to happy to throw their reports under the bus to cover their own failings. And trust me HR do not care about you, they just want to preserve the company.
